Despite the very comfortable air mattress (in the background) that Aunt Shannon set up especially for Trixie, after the party she fell asleep in the middle of the doorway with only her silky under her head.

Ok this? Is possibly the CUTEST picture of Trixie EVER. How darling. What a cutie :)

I LOVE this picture...and all pictures of kids falling asleep in odd places. Maddie NEVER does this. NEVER. If my husband would let me, I'd keep her up forever just to get a shot like this.

Glad to see she still loves silky, too.

Hell, I fell asleep on the floor even in high school.

Looks like a photo of me from college. Except it was usually the bathroom floor. :) hehe...

So cute. There's nothing greater than just crashing when you're that tired.

Thanks for sharing this pic with us. I love the natural, unposed, caught in the act photos. (If I fell asleep like this, I'd have to call 911!)

Maddie's mom - just wanted to publicly share your pain. None of my kids have EVER fallen alseep anywhere but their bed (or my bed), and sometimes in the car, but never even in the stroller, and certainly not on the floor. I feel robbed. You would think w/3 kids, one of them would put out. No dice.

My child does this all the time!!!! The cutest pictures are those of her with the puppy when they are both asleep.....two angels. And it seems we just always have the camera handy. We feel so blessed to have such wonderful pictures to look back on.

One weekend we were to head up to my in-laws. We worked a half day and my daughter usually would be waking from a nap about the time we'd be leaving. I pushed to keep my duaghter awake so she'd sleep in the car on the way. Unfortunately she fell asleep on the floor while my husband loaded the car and I ran to the grocery store for munchies for the car trip. Never thought about grabbing the camera. then again we were trying to get out of the house ASAP.

Needless to say, she stayed awake for the first half of the trip only to finally fall asleep 10 minutes before our dinner break.

Hi Ben!

I was wondering if you keep track of Trixie's sleep, etc while you are traveling for the telemetary. Also do you have a "travel" identifier in your database so you can identify sleep patterns when you are traveling? Just curious.

I am expecting again due Jan 1 and we are thinking about signing up for the telemetary, it is so cool!

Once when I was Trixie's age I fell asleep on a big pillow at the foot of my parents bed. Great nap! : )

I had to comment because my 3-year-old picked her oddest place yet today. She went up about 6-7 steps on the stairs and fell asleep with her feet on the step below, and the top half of her body laying sideways on the step!

Prior to that, the cutest sleeping position was on our couch, in a meditation-like position. Her back was straight up as if sitting, head slumped over to the side, with the soles of her feet touching each other, close to her body, knees to the side. I was fortunate enough to get a picture that time!
