Yup we had a whole head of them Saturday nights before church Sunday mornings! :) They weren't awful and it was only once a week... they turned out cute each week though! - i think our hair was always washed and wet when they were put in before bed? not sure if it makes a difference! I can remember sitting in those rollers on Saturday nights, watching "Love Boat" and "Fantasy Island" under one of those bonnet hair dryers, then sleeping in those suckers just so I could have a little "body" in my hair at church the next day! The price we pay for beauty! Posted by: Judy at October 7, 2005 11:17 AM

Haven't commented in quite a while, but I just couldn't help but join the chorus of complaints about those darn curlers. My mom didn't put them in my hair for every Sunday, but enough Sundays that I began to loathe them. However, I did look quite adorable with those curls. And I second Rae’s comment; we will need to see your precious little Trixie with curls. Posted by: Aubrey at October 7, 2005 11:54 AM

I think Trixie will look more adorable (if that is possible) I can not wait to see the pics. I am thinking I am very very lucky to have naturally curly hair! No need for the curlers! Posted by: Tanya (from Canada) at October 7, 2005 07:58 PM

Come on and give it up -- we want pics of the wingding! Some of us have nothing better to do than wait for flower girl pictures. . . . Posted by: hannah at October 9, 2005 11:29 AM

I agree with Hannah! Let's see the photos. Surely, this would be worthy of a weekend post :o) BTW -- my Mom would braid my hair to get a wave to it. I would beg for the pink curlers only to scream when she finally put them in! It's rough having hair that is "straight as a board." Posted by: Steph at October 9, 2005 03:33 PM
