Great action shot! Was that the way the photo actually looked, or did you manipulate it in an editor? Anyhow, it's gorgeous.

Oh my - a slug she is not! I love the way her speed is captured - she reminds me of Olivia Newton John in Xanadu for some reason here - what a flashback!

From up here in the Pacific Northwest, kingdom of slugs. Reminds me of the children's book called "Slugs." Slugs. Tells you all sorts of things to do with slugs but then the slugs get back at all those cruel people. Uck.

Judging by the crispety-cruchy leaves I see there, you must not have gotten rain in a while like us folks down here in SC! I'm afraid all our leaves will turn brown and fall off before they can turn colors!

Great action shot! I'd also be interested to know if this photo was modified for effect, and if so, how.

This was done with the slow-synch flash toward the evening hour, when it was starting to get twilighty. Most digital cameras have this feature and it allows the flash to capture the subject while leaving the shutter open long enough to let in enough light to fill in the background. No Photoshop needed :)

Sheesh, just the other day she was in a pool and now she's running thru leaves. How quickly the seasons change. Have fun Trix, I wish I could hear the crunch crunch of those leaves. And don't pour any salt on those slugs, thats mean!
