I note the windchimes in the background and wonder how they rank as an "everyday, off-limits" item baby is "desperate to get a hold of". So they are probably not off limits, but perhaps popular all the same. Our local playground has a toy that is basically windchimes at toddler level and Graham is enchanted with it.
