I fear that my son (now only 4 months old) will do the attempting - at which point we'll move Olivia into a big bed and the son into the toddler bed. Trixie is just gorgeous. I thought of you today when our 9 month-old Veronica again ate through an ad from the paper and we found bits of it on her tongue. Not sure if you've heard this suggestion yet, but how about doing away with the crib and putting the mattress right on the floor (and maybe a gate at the doorway if you're concerned about her safety)?
