The challenge was totally ready to go this morning, but Time Warner is having problems. Their servers won't resolve the Trixie Update site IP. This problem probably affects all TW cable customers in the Triangle area. I finally realized I can work around the problem by dialing in to a different ISP on the modem, so it's just going to be a few more minutes. thanks for waiting! Sorry guys.
