		<description>Yes, those cat naps are absolutely infuriating.  I think the daytime sleeping inconsistency made me crazier than the night sleep business.  And I went BONKERS charting it.  I would get SO pissed when she would wake up after a short nap.   Eventually I just gave up and heeded Weissbluth&#039;s warning that some babies just aren&#039;t ready for regular, long daytime naps until they&#039;re older and evetually Sophie just kind of fell into it.  Sorry solace to you now, I know.   Good luck.
